Welcome to Alongsider Church!
In a world marked by division, we’re searching for hope. We long for clarity. We look for meaning. We are desperate for peace. What can bring true peace to a world on edge? Only the gospel of Jesus Christ.
God sent His Son, Jesus, to Earth to walk alongside humankind and show us the path to eternal life with Him. Similarly, we, too, walk alongside others, loving God and our neighbors and guiding them toward Christ. We are Alongsiders.
Alongsider Church is a community of house churches coming together to worship as one church at YES Cinema on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. It’s a place of belonging where we learn, grow, experience community, and pray together.

Our house churches meet in neighborhoods on the 2nd and 4th Sundays for worship through conversational study and community building. We focus on care and connection, prayer, and communicating Christ every day everywhere.

Our worship and community at its core are intergenerational. When multiple generations come together, interact, and share life within the body of Christ, something extraordinary happens. Adults model Christ-like character for the children, who in turn, inspire the adults with their refreshing, innocent faith. This dynamic helps us all grow in our faith, fostering unity in our words, actions, and attitudes. This approach is both modeled and encouraged by Jesus himself.
We equip our church through relationships. Our 10:24 Groups of 2-4 men or women meet regularly and encourage one another in faith, love, and service.
Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. Hebrews 10:23-25
True peace comes from a relationship with Jesus. He desires all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of truth. Alongsiders work together, building up the body in love and sending one another out to share the gospel and fulfill our mission of making disciples from neighborhoods to nations.
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. Matthew 28:19
Our Mission: We passionately pursue God and people with love. We strive to imitate God’s character and spread His message of love, grace, and redemption to all. We aim to cultivate a community where individuals are equipped, encouraged, and empowered to grow and live out their faith. We gather to support one another, united in our commitment to making disciples and transforming lives from neighborhoods to nations.
